Available services: Primary Care for seniors while on a waitlist or needing a permanent PCP, living in Memory Care facilities or Adult Family Homes; Advanced wound care for problems healing – I work with and support Home Health services from initial consults to Skin Substitute applications; Diabetic and Routine Footcare. Medicare/Medicaid accepted; call for other plans. Areas served: NE/SE Portland, Gresham, Troutdale, and Clackamas.
